Do you struggle with stress and want natural mind healing relief?

Man Stressed Out Sitting At His Kitchen Table

Today, it seems like more and more stresses surround us in our daily lives.  Life seems so fast paced and the day to day stresses and the uncertainty with these times of the COVID-19 Pandemic feels as though this new way of living won't ever end.  As a recovering alcoholic of 14 years sobriety, I have learned that sometimes each day has to be taken one at a time and sometimes within that day, it has to be a minute at a time.

As  a person that has struggled with my own personal issues, I have learned that our minds can play so many tricks on us and make our stresses and triggers multiple times worse.  We are unfortunately OUR OWN WORST ENEMIES.  However, we do not need to be a prisoner in our own minds and we can take control at anytime.  Nobody in this world is perfect and we all have our daily stressors.  Look around and as you notice the people walking by about their own business...  Think to yourself.... Either that person is walking into a storm, that person is in the middle of a storm or just about to walk out of one.

To be able to be free, you have to find a healthy alternative to the stress, anxiety or daily triggers that can bring you down.  What works for me is music, specifically relaxing music.  There are so many types and styles.  In particular there is music with meditation, certain beats, tones and frequencies that may help you find that healthy outlet to have freedom in your mind.

Meditation has been derived from the Latin word “Meditatio”, meaning “align to the center”. Meditation is perfect for strengthening body, mind and soul and get them into balance.  The meditative state is neurologically measurable as a change in brain waves.

The Secret Power -

The heartbeat slows, breathing deepened, reduces muscle tension. Meditation has been part of the spiritual procedures in many religions and cultures. We distinguish passive meditation (mindfulness meditation or silence) and active meditation (yoga, dance, martial arts, mantra vocals).  Rhythmic sounds and music facilitate meditation significantly because every human being has got an innate musicality. Our ancestors knew about the power of music, which is reflected in many traditional and spiritual songs and prayers. The positive effect of music is also being used in music therapy.

The Solfeggio Frequencies
These are “forgotten frequencies” that do not exist in our common twelve-tone system and which have different positive effects on the human body.

174 hz – reduce physical pain, connect with earth
285 hz – strengthen visual imagination and energy fields
396 hz – liberation from guilt and fear
417 hz – resonance with the universe, changes
528 hz – miracles & signs
639 hz – harmonious relations with our neighbors and partners
741 hz – Awakening Intuition of own
852 hz – the return to spiritual order
963 hz – activate the pineal gland

In continuation from above, Science studies say that Solfeggio Frequencies and 432 Hz Music can have effects on our bodies.  It may also create a soothing effect that may help healing with post trauma.  A key takeaway is that it can contribute to deep healing and get deep into your subconscious and conscious mind.

What does stress do to our bodies?
To our bodies, stress overtime can cause a wide variety of health problems. These can be, but not limited too headaches, tension, heart issues such as high blood pressure, sickness, chest pain, problems with sex, sleep, emotional problems, panic attacks, anxiety, triggers for relapsing into a addictive life styles. Under stress our hearts pump faster which essentially makes our body work harder and give it that fight or flight feeling.  In summary, it can cause a life of chronic illness that neither you nor I want to endure for too long if we don't need to or can have any control over it.

So, what are these "Hz's" mentioned.  Hz stands for Hertz, which is a measurement for frequencies.  Frequencies can make an impact on our health.  According to National Library of Medicine a study and article written by Diletta Calamassi  and Gian Paolo Pomponi, posted in 2020 on the https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31031095/ website covered the following abstract:

"Context: The current reference frequency for tuning musical instruments is 440 Hz. Some theorists and musicians claim that the 432 Hz tuning has better effects on the human body, but there are no scientific studies that support this hypothesis.

Objective: To identify differences in vital parameters and perceptions after listening to music at different frequencies, 440 Hz versus 432 Hz.

Main outcome measures: Vital parameters (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation), perceptions (physical and emotional sensations, for example fatigue and stress), levels of concentration during the listening session, and general satisfaction with the experience.

Results: 432 Hz tuned music was associated with a slight decrease of mean (systolic and diastolic) blood pressure values (although not significant), a marked decrease in the mean of heart rate (-4.79 bpm, p = 0.05) and a slight decrease of the mean respiratory rate values (1 r.a., p = 0.06), compared to 440 Hz. The subjects were more focused about listening to music and more generally satisfied after the sessions in which they listened to 432 Hz tuned music.

Conclusions: The data suggests that 432 Hz tuned music can decrease heart rate more than 440 Hz tuned music. The study results suggest repeating the experiment with a larger sample pool and introducing randomized controlled trials covering more clinical parameters."

Having the secret power of mind healing for yourself, you can afford yourself to have the opportunity to have more control over your thoughts and deal with stressors more easily.  Remember, each day has something new for us, but it doesn't always have to be bad.  Our perception of how we initially take it can shape the way we view it all the way through.
